REQUIREMENTS;
College degree or High school diploma/GED and equivalent experience/background in job development, marketing, or human services. Driver’s license and reliable transportation required. Bilingual/Spanish preferred. 
 
RESPONSIBILITIES:
 
Responsible for the direct delivery of all program services including workshops, internal trainings, documentation, program reporting, participant attendance, coordination with outside training resources and case management. Maintain working relationship with current job sites with monthly contact at a minimum utilizing established data base. Active worksite development to identify and enlist new business relationships utilizing established data base. Maintain job development data base including business contacts, meetings, interviews, retentions and any other pertinent data. Assure quality job matching of participant to job site. Prepare and present workshops following established schedule and curriculum. Coordinate with supervisor and administrative staff attendance at Chamber of Commerce, Job Fairs, and Networking functions on a regular basis. Transport participants to job interviews as necessary. Assist businesses with WOTC paperwork as needed and appropriate. Sign up, instruct, and monitor computer usage on all computer assisted and distance learning activities in accordance with program curriculum and individual client service plan. Meet individually with each participant a minimum of once every other week to review service plan and progress toward employment goal. Complete all required program documentation and funding agency reports accurately and timely. Contact and schedule community resource guest speakers. Conduct outreach at local Transitional Area Office as directed by supervisor. Contact participants who are absent for more than two consecutive days. Schedule outside training as appropriate for participants and monitor attendance and progress. Provide case management services to participants including but not limited to assistance with resume, references, service plan, follow-up, counseling, child care, transportation, interviewing, and program orientation. Maintain contact with DTA Case Worker in relation to program progress, status, attendance, and compliance with program and agency guidelines. Keep timely and accurate case notes. Any and all other duties as deemed necessary by supervisor.

$28,000
