Vacancy: Relief Staff, Springfield MA, Per Diem

Reports to: Program Director

Requirements:
HS Diploma/GED required. Two years of experience in human services, correctional supervision or related field preferred. Assist full-time staff with coverage of client security and supervision.

Responsibilities:
Document program activities. Conduct program counts. Complete facility tour each shift to ensure the safety and sanitation of the program. Assist as needed in transporting clients to outside meetings, wake up clients. Conduct random pat/pocket searches, daily perimeter searches and facility tours. Confiscate all contraband. Ensure random use of breathalyzer as prescribed by program policy. All other duties as deemed necessary by supervisor.

Salary: $10.00/hr
