REPORTS TO:

REQUIREMENTS;
HS Diploma/GED required. Must Demonstrate good verbal and written communications. Must demonstrate the ability to perform basic mathematics, including the calculating of percentages, fractions and decimals. Must be certified in or be eligible and able to achieve certification in a number of disciplines including: Physical Management Techniques, CPR/First Aid and others as deemed necessary by the Director, Vice President or the agency. Assist resident with maintaining day-to-day skills, hygiene, care property, housekeeping routines, community skills, work schedules, shopping and meals.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES: Appropriate and proper communications. Proper personal hygiene and general cleanliness. Accurate and appropriate financial records. Proper care of personal items and a proper view of other people’s property. All internal and exterior housekeeping routines. Physician imposed diet. Appropriate social association and familiar relationships. Community Skills. Maintaining work schedules, etc., Assist the individual with the development of the Overall Plan of Service (OPS). Maintain on-going case records of client needs and services, all corresponding documentation concerning the client’s status, time and attendance, behavioral data, monthly and quarterly reports and others assigned but the director. Application and accurate reporting of crisis interventions. Transportation of participants. Housekeeping. General vehicle maintenance: cleaning, reporting of performance, mileage, traffic violations, accident and damage of any and all equipment as assigned to or made responsible for. Other responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor.
 
 
SALARY:
Commensurate with experience.
