Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) about PfC...

What is Partners for Community (PfC)?

PfC is a non-profit, management services organization -- a  human services MSO group that helps community-based non-profits operate more efficiently.

PfC performs administrative functions for its non-profit affiliates and for other non-profits that might lack resources for such functions on their own.

PfC management services include: fiscal, human resources, information & technology systems, program space & procurement and organizational development.  By managing these functions through a central office, PfC enables human service non-profits to devote more time, energy and resources to actually running social programs and serving more people in need.

Along with its five, non-profit, member affiliates (see below) PfC is the largest human services MSO in Western New England.
