VACANCY:


Job Developer/Case Manager:  Pittsfield/North Adams, MA 1 Full-time Position
 

REPORTS TO:

Program Director


REQUIREMENTS;


A college degree or equivalent experience and a strong background in job development, marketing or human services preferred.  Bilingual preferred but not required.  Drivers license and reliable transportation required.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Prepare and present workshops following established Pre-Worksite Training curriculum.  Maintain working relationships with current job sites along with active worksite development to identify and enlist new business relationships.  Provide on-going job search and placement services and job related counseling.  Assure quality job matching of supported worker to job site.  Maintain cooperative, functional and effective professional relationship with local DTA offices and other human service agencies and businesses.  Verify time and attendance, disburse and collect time sheets and deliver paychecks to participants on worksites.  Maintain on-going case records of participant needs and services as well as all appropriate documents concerning participant status.  Assist in the recruitment and intake of qualified participants.  Maintain Job Development and Weekly Reporting databases.  Maintain participant files in accordance with DTA contract and Supported Work guidelines.  Any and all other duties as deemed necessary by supervisor.

SALARY:

$28,000
