She also supports a program specific server and database for the Child Care Resource and Referral Program (Voucher Child Care). She is a good resource for software-related questions (Word, Excel, Access and Email).

In addition to any software-related questions (Word, Excel, Windows, etc.), Rick is the one to call for hardware-related issues (like when your computer doesn't boot). He's also a good resource for phone-related problems. If you're having a phone problem, he's a good place to start.
